I am pleased to offer this old and original, 35 star United States flag, West Virginia statehood, 1863-1865. Guaranteed authentic!! Measures approximately 19 1/2" tall by 28" wide. I believe the flag is printed on glazed cotton. It has a very desirable medallion configuration with a large haloed center star. This flag was found rolled up in a local Epsom, NH estate of George S. Bixby, New Hampshire Fourth Regiment, Company H, Civil War, and later Commander of Post No. 66, GAR. If you google his name you will find the Bixby narrative on Prison Life in the Civil War.
